Summer Smoothie 🌟


Today will be sharing my experience regarding a smoothie drink that I mixed and matched ; I always loved bananas smoothie but I thought why not add something new to it to make it a bit bitter than sweet so I thought of almonds all the way … Yes ! Raw Almond although I don’t like eating them alone So I decided to add it to the smoothie and surprisingly it came out So yummy πŸ’™

Here’s why it’s important to include banana in your Daily Food Intake:

Here’s my own Banana Chia Smoothie Recipe :

  • 1 cup of Β skimmed-milk
  • 1 banana
  • 5 pieces of raw almond
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. oats
