Today I’v started the shred diet . . .

Breakfast :
Black coffee (1 cup)
cereals with non skimmed milk
1 piece of fruit ( Strawberry)

Lunch :
Water
Sesame Stir fry with chicken
Green leaves salad

Dinner :
Taboula salad
Water

Snacks:
Almond
Apple

* My calorie intake should not exceed 1200 calories
