Christie’s Dubai in October 23, 2011

Christie’s is an international company that offers art auctions and private sales to clients around the globe. Founded in 1766 by James Christie, Christie’s has just placed an event in Dubai in October 23, 2011 regrettably didn’t get the chance to check it out but would love to some day since I heard a lot about her precious diamond rings and jewels .The event was hosting expensive jewelry of the famous British-American actress Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor .Taylor was always known for her passion for jewelry and has been quoted for her famous saying “You can’t cry on a diamond’s shoulder, and diamonds won’t keep you warm at night, but they’re sure fun when the sun shines”

You can watch the auction online live at Christie’s site if you have aspiration for such events .

Mohammed Ashi

What do you think of this dress ?

Personally speaking , I have a nearby family occasion that i need to get ready for , I came across this stunning dress !! by the recent Saudi Arabian designer Mohammed Ashi . I loved his Fall 2011 collection he made a great debut to the fashion world by evolving the arabian heritage kaftan with a glimpse of classy european strike which made out this unique modern chic evening dress making a person stand out in a crowd .

Do you think I should go for it or wait a bit more .. Help !

Sincerely ,

Steve Jobs, Co-founder of Apple, dead at 56

Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being and an inspiring mentor. He redefined innovation ,connected the world and his legacy will still go on . .

My favorite inspirational quote by Steve Job is :

“You can’t connect the dots looking forward you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path.”

RIP .My condolences to his family .
